Why we built this.
GHL agencies were closing deals they couldn't deliver on. The platform was there. The automations were there. What wasn't there was a reliable team behind it all — people a busy operator could hand a live client account to and actually trust.
We saw that gap up close. Briel came in from the technical side — GHL, systems, workflow architecture. Jordana came in from the people side — hiring, operations, making sure the right person is in the right seat.
So we built a2scale to be the delivery engine — so you can close the deal and hand off the account without losing sleep over it. Not a contractor you manage. Not a tool you configure. People who show up, know the platform, and do the work.

Briel Macaspac
Co-Founder
Briel is the person who built a2scale from the inside out — GHL architecture, automation workflows, the delivery systems that keep client accounts running without needing the agency owner in the room. Before a2scale, he spent years building operational infrastructure in financial services and then in VA work for real estate and mortgage operators. He knows what a GHL agency actually needs behind the scenes because he's been the one building it.

Jordana Bongalos
Co-Founder
Jordana runs the people side — which means she's the reason the specialist who shows up in your account actually knows what they're doing. Her background is in high-stakes coordination work where putting the wrong person in the wrong role costs money. She brought that standard into a2scale's hiring and vetting process. When she says a specialist is GHL-fluent, she's verified it.
